I am Elaine Yang.

I’m a strategic planner with a passion for civic design, systems thinking, and improving how government serves the public. I’ve spent the past decade working across cities and federal sites to develop infrastructure strategies, support long-term mission alignment, and elevate the role of human-centered design in the public realm.

Outside of work, I explore new cultures through photography and travel, experiences that continually shape my ability to connect across communities and think creatively in complex environments. Take a look around!
